About Us
At Mahoning Valley School of Massotherapy our goal is to give students the opportunity to establish their innate healing talents and promote a moral and ethical respect for the human body.
The massotherapy curriculum includes courses in massage theory and practicum as well as courses in anatomy and physiology. At the end of the program students will have the necessary skills and education to sit for The Ohio State Massotherapy licensing exam.
Mahoning Valley School of Massotherapy will also encourage students to explore other bodywork therapies including basic eastern philosophies and promote a mind/body/spirit motto that will keep students open-minded throughout their learning experience. We will encourage personal growth and wellness with fitness, diet, and spirituality. Students will learn to work successfully with other healthcare professionals and explore opportunities in the massage field.
For the students apart of our 2019 graduating class we hold a 100% employment placement rate in a profession related to the massotherapy field. Our students for the 2019 graduating class also have a 100% pass rate of obtaining their LMT by passing the MBLEx.
